The Helpline is for when you need to reach a town that is not yours: say you heard a schoolmate lives in Las Vegas, and you want to post there to check on them.

Tell us who or what you need help with, and where. It comes to our staff by email, and a person will reply to you by email.

The Helpline is answered by India Abroad's staff. It is not an emergency service. If something is urgent, contact your local emergency services.
